Reflexology is a treatment through the feet that balances and clear blockages in the body's energy through manipulations and pressure point techniques. It works of the same principles as acupuncture in treating the energy zones we have running through our body. We work off foot maps that refer to every part of the body. 

By manipulating a blockage felt in the reflex area on the foot it removes the blockage in our energy zone, allowing our energy run freely again and the body heals itself. It is hugely beneficial for many ailments. We are registered on the National Reflexology register which makes Reflexology at Aura redeemable through your health insurer.

Treatment includes full reflexology session, foot massage and essential oil infusion with heated booties - 1 hour of pure relaxation.
